This is a full time position in our Haddonfield NJ Office.
Creation of invoices/credit card processing
Scheduling of calls & meetings
Daily data entry for our clients
Reviewing/Editing written content
Running, creating and emailing reports that are generated by our project managers
Maintaining and updating client profiles throughout the web
Assist with Client Requests
Account Set Up in Salesforce
Submitting work orders to our vendors.
Billing, Invoicing & Collections
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent Phone & Email Skills
Excellent knowledge of the web. IE Google, Facebook and other sites.
Google Docs, Excel & Powerpoint
Data Entry Skills.
Excellent Grammar & Editing Skills.
Organization, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Analyzing Information , Decision Making and to not be afraid to offer a solution or an opinion.
This is an hourly rate position.
Hours will be 9-5 M-F.
